How we think about it

The dashboard says it is working. The dashboard cannot see the leads.

Cost per conversion looks acceptable, volume is steady, and the account appears healthy. What the platform cannot tell you is whether those conversions were people who might buy, because it counts every form fill identically.

So we look at the usual things properly: structure, wasted spend, search terms, tracking integrity, landing page alignment. Then we read the leads. That is where the answer usually is, and it is the part a free automated audit structurally cannot reach.

The common finding is not that you should spend more. It is that the same result is available for considerably less.

Take this when you are already spending on ads and cannot tell how much of it is working. How the engines work →

Here's the proof

Three quarters of PRS Inc's paid clicks were never real.

They were spending $7,320 a month on Google Ads, and every form submission counted as a win. Bots, job seekers and people asking about services they do not offer were all teaching the algorithm what to chase. We read every submission, found the ones that were real, and pointed the budget at those.

Questions we get

Before you call.

What do you actually look at?
Account structure, where spend is going against what it produces, the search terms your ads actually showed for, whether conversion tracking is measuring anything real, how the landing pages match the ads pointing at them, and where competitors sit. Then we read the leads themselves, which is the part almost nobody does.
Why does reading the leads matter so much?
Because every automated bidding strategy optimizes toward whatever you call a conversion. If bots, job seekers and people asking about things you do not sell all count, the algorithm learns to find more of them. At PRS Inc, three quarters of paid clicks were not real, and nothing in the dashboard said so.
Is this automated?
Partly, and deliberately so. Tooling pulls the data and does the counting, because software is better than a person at going through thousands of rows without getting bored. Then a specialist reads the whole thing before it reaches you. Every audit gets that, because the judgment about what actually matters in an account is not something a scanner does well.
Will you just tell us to spend more?
Sometimes, and when spending more is genuinely the answer it is because we have found somewhere your money would go further than it is going now. That is good news, not a pitch. More often the finding is that you are already spending enough and a chunk of it is going nowhere. Getting better use out of the budget you already have feels a lot like getting money back.
What if we are not running ads yet?
Start with the Growth Diagnostic instead. This audit reads an account you already have running, so with nothing to read it cannot tell you much. The diagnostic works out whether advertising is where your money should go in the first place, which is the better question to answer before you start spending.
How is it delivered?
Both ways. We walk you through the findings live so you can ask questions and push back in the moment, and the full written report lands in your inbox afterwards. You keep it, share it with whoever needs to see it, and refer back to it whenever you like.
