Paid media

Your budget should follow the buyers.

For B2B companies spending real money on ads and unsure how much of it is working.

Start here to get your ad accounts reviewed.

How we think about it

Every form fill counts as a win. Most of them are not.

Smart bidding optimizes toward whatever you call a conversion. If every submission counts, the algorithm learns to find you more bots, more job seekers, and more people asking about something you do not sell. The spend climbs, the lead count climbs, and the pipeline does not move.

Most Google Ads management stops at the click. Ours does not, because the click is not the thing you are buying. We read every lead that comes in, work out which ones were real, and report only those back to the platforms as conversions. The algorithm then optimizes toward buyers rather than volume.

We build the pages the traffic lands on too. A conversion problem we cannot fix is not worth diagnosing, and handing a landing page brief to someone else is how the fix never happens.

Ads are what we deploy when the constraint is Discovery or Conversion. If your growth is stuck somewhere else, more traffic will not fix it. How the engines work →

Here's the proof

Two businesses. Two constraints they did not see.

Three quarters of PRS Inc's paid clicks were never real.

They were spending $7,320 a month on Google Ads, and every form submission counted as a win. Bots, job seekers and people asking about services they do not offer were all teaching the algorithm what to chase. We read every submission, found the ones that were real, and pointed the budget at those.

9% → 60%

Paid click quality, peaking at 100%

50%

Less sales time wasted on junk leads

Ready2Go did not need more leads. They needed to stop losing the ones they had.

Inquiries were arriving from four places at once and going stale in all of them. We found the constraint was lead management, not lead generation, and built one system that caught every inquiry and answered it immediately. Three years later we are still working together, through a sale, a merger and a full pivot to a different business.

Who this is not for

Paid media is not the answer to every problem.

It is expensive to run badly, and it cannot fix a problem that sits somewhere else in the business.

Paid media may be the wrong fit if:

  • Your ad spend is under $5,000 a month, so the account cannot gather enough data to optimize
  • You have no way to tell us which leads turned into revenue
  • Your close rate on the leads you already get is the actual problem
  • You need results inside ninety days to save the quarter
  • Nobody on your side can approve creative or answer questions within a week

Questions we get

Before you call.

How much should we be spending on Google Ads?
Enough that the data means something. Below roughly $5,000 a month in ad spend the account rarely gathers enough conversion volume to optimize against, so you are paying to learn slowly. Most of our paid media clients run between $10,000 and $90,000 a month in ad spend. If you are already spending and want to know what that money is actually buying, the Ads Opportunity Audit answers it properly.
How do we know if our current agency is working?
Ask them which leads became revenue, not how many leads arrived. Most agencies report conversions, which counts every form fill including the bots and the job seekers. If they cannot tell you which submissions were real, they are optimizing against noise and neither of you can see it.
What does it cost to work with you?
Management is a monthly fee based on your ad spend, plus a one-time setup. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms, never through us.
Do you require a long contract?
Six months minimum. Paid media does not produce a fair read in less than that, and the clients who get the most out of this are the ones who give the strategy time to work. Twelve and eighteen month terms reduce the monthly fee.
Do you build the landing pages too?
Yes, and we insist on it. If we diagnose a conversion problem we need to be able to fix it. Setup includes a landing page, and ongoing engagements include one to four a year depending on the tier.
Do you only work with companies in Pittsburgh?
No. We are based in Latrobe, about forty miles east of Pittsburgh, and we work with B2B companies across the country. The local connection matters to us; it is not a restriction on who we serve.
What happens if ads are not our real problem?
We tell you. Ads work on getting found and getting bought; if growth is actually stuck in keeping customers or getting referred, more traffic makes the problem more expensive rather than smaller.

Find out if this is what you actually need.

We work with B2B companies from $2M to $50M and up, typically investing $10,000 a month or more in marketing, including media.
