TrolleyReferral · Advocacy
A network of partner businesses whose people send you work, with tracking from the first introduction and payouts that fire on their own. The cheapest growth most companies have is sitting with their happiest customers, unasked.
The problem
Everyone agrees referrals are the best leads they get, and almost nobody can tell you how many they had last quarter or who sent them. There is no mechanism, so it depends on whether someone happened to remember your name at the right moment.
Meanwhile a plumber is standing in a house looking at a roof that needs replacing, and a roofer is looking at a panel nobody has touched in thirty years. That work goes nowhere because there is nothing in place to move it.
How it runs
01
Invite the businesses
Add partners one at a time or upload a CSV. Each gets a claim link, and you get a link you can share yourself.
02
Their people send work
A worker at a partner business spots a job that is not theirs and passes it over. The referral is tracked from that moment.
03
Everyone gets paid
The worker earns a gift card the moment the referral is accepted. The owner is paid when the job completes.

The design
The worker who spots the job gets a gift card the moment the referral is accepted. The business owner gets a larger payout when the job completes and is paid.
That split is the whole point. A small instant reward is what makes someone bother in the moment. A larger deferred one is what keeps the referrals worth having. Programs that pay only the owner tend to die quietly, because nobody on the ground has any reason to remember they exist.
