TrolleyOS
In development · not yet open to clients
What the work produced, what is waiting on you, and what it all means. TrolleyOS runs our side of the work today. The part you would log into is not open yet, and this page is what we are building rather than what you can use.
Why it exists
Agencies that get results can be a nightmare to work with, and the pleasant ones quietly underdeliver. We are not willing to pick one, and saying that is easy. Holding it is the hard part.
Results come from the work. The experience of it is mostly information. You do not know what is happening, nobody tells you until you ask, approvals sit in an inbox for four days, and the report arrives monthly describing something that stopped being true three weeks ago. None of that is a lack of care. It is a lack of a system.
So we built one.
Running today
These are working systems. They are how your account is actually managed, and the reason the reporting you get is current rather than assembled the night before. What does not exist yet is the door that lets you walk in and look at them yourself.
What the work produced, updated continuously rather than assembled the day before a meeting. Leads, spend, rankings and what came of them.
Creative and campaigns waiting on you, in one queue. Approve from a phone in the time it takes to read a message, instead of finding the email thread.
What we are working on, what is waiting on you, and what is finished. The status update you would otherwise have to ask for.
Conversation attached to the thing it is about, rather than scattered across email, text and whoever happened to be on the last call.
On the roadmap
These are designed and on the roadmap. We are showing you them because they are what the platform is for.
What the numbers mean, not just what they are. The analysis we currently write by hand, available whenever you want it.
Every asset produced for you, versioned, searchable and yours to download.
Invoices, spend against budget, and what each engagement is costing, in one place.
What it changes
Is this working. What are you actually doing this month. Did anyone see the thing I sent. Where are we against budget. What do you need from me.
Every one of those is answerable without a meeting, and every one of them currently costs both sides an email. That is what the platform is for. It is also why we keep building on it rather than treating it as finished.
