How we think about it

Most cold email fails on infrastructure, not copy.

Companies obsess over the subject line and then send from their primary domain with no warm-up at a volume that trips every filter in the chain. The message never gets read because it never arrives, and the conclusion drawn is that outreach does not work.

The unglamorous part is the part that matters. Dedicated sending domains, gradual ramp, tight volume limits per inbox, constant deliverability monitoring, clean suppression. Get that right and an average message outperforms a brilliant one sent badly.

Then the copy gets tested properly: several angles against segments of the list, weak ones cut, winners iterated.

Volume outreach is what we deploy when Discovery is the constraint, the target list is large, and the deal size does not justify per-account research. How the engines work →

Questions we get

Before you call.

How is this not spam?
Legally, because it is B2B, targeted, honest about who is sending and easy to opt out of. Practically, because the list is built to a real profile rather than bought, the volume per inbox is low enough to look human, and the message is relevant to the segment receiving it. Spam is indiscriminate. This is not.
Will this damage our domain reputation?
Not if it is run properly, and that is most of what you are paying for. Sending happens from dedicated domains, never your primary one, with gradual warm-up and strict per-inbox volume limits. If your main domain gets burned, every invoice and contract you send starts landing in spam, which is a far more expensive problem than a slow quarter.
When should we choose this over the high-touch version?
When the list runs into the thousands and each deal is not worth an hour of research on its own. Messages are written for a segment rather than a person. A smaller share reply, but far more people see it, and for the right business that trade is worth making.
Who provides the list?
We build it, or you bring one. We have access to a database of millions of company contacts, and our grader works out the filters that describe a good account for your campaign and pulls the list from there. Either way every email and contact detail is verified before anything sends, because bouncing off a stale list is what wrecks a sending domain. What does not happen at this volume is per-account research. That is the tailored version, and it is the main reason the two cost what they do.
How big does the list need to be?
A thousand or more contacts fitting a definable profile. Below that the statistics are too noisy to optimize against and you would get more from the high-touch approach.
Who writes the sequences?
We do, and we test them properly. Several angles run against segments of the list, the weak ones get cut, and the winners get iterated. A sequence that is never tested is just a guess sent four thousand times.
